Machikarte is an open data platform operated by the Institute for Social Vision and Design (ISVD), a Japanese general incorporated association. We structure the minutes, budgets, and procurement records of Japan's local councils and make them available to citizens. All data is published under CC BY 4.0, including commercial use.
